MN Tech Assistance Direct Pay 5% Safe Harbor Meeting Friday 12/12/2025

As 2025 comes to an end, there are many Direct Pay solar projects eligible for 5% Safe Harbor across Minnesota that are underway with the intention of applying for Direct Pay tax credits for 2025. Please join Deloitte for Office Hours to answer your in-process solar project questions to ensure compliance with Direct Pay tax credit reimbursement requirements. Session will take place this Friday, December 12 from 9:00-10:00 a.m. via the Microsoft Teams link below. 

This Office Hours session will focus on how Direct Pay projects can best meet beginning of construction requirements through either physical work or the Direct Pay 5% safe harbor test prior to December 31, 2025, and thus, avoid the new prohibited foreign entity requirements that will take effect in 2026.

This is presented as part of the Direct Pay technical assistance supported by the State of Minnesota; attendees must be from Minnesota-based entities. No cost to participate.
